• Students who will/have receive(d) degrees from Swedish universities are not required to bring any degree certificates to registration.
  • Students who are waiting for or have received their degree certificates and final transcripts will have to bring an original degree certificate and final transcripts + 1 set of copies to registration.
  • Students with an original degree certificate and transcript issued in another language than Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, English, French or German, must also provide a notarised translation to English, or official translation to English from the university issuing the degree.
  • Even if you have already uploaded your degree certificate to www.universityadmissions.se, your status will not change and you will remain conditionally admitted. Bring your original degree and final transcripts to registration + 1 set of copies.
  • Students who have completed their degree requirements but are unable obtain a degree certificate and final transcript due to normal country specific delays (Romania and others) must bring an official document + 1 copy stating that they have completed the degree requirements and will be awarded a bachelor’s degree.

Students who cannot meet the above criteria will not be allowed to enrol – please contact us immediately.

We have the same requirements for documents as www.universityadmissions.se and you can use the same set of documents to upload/send to www.universityadmissions.se when you apply for elective courses within the program in October. We will not accept copies or documents not issued by your university’s Registrar’s Office or equivalent office that issue official degree certificates and transcripts of records.

Please note that we cannot compromise with these documentation requirements under any circumstances.
