Studies outside of Europe opens for applications about 9 months ahead of departure, and studies within Europe/Nordic Countries opens about 5 months before studies can begin.
Exchange studies can be up to a year in length and stretch over an academic year (fall-spring), but not between academic years (spring-fall).

1 - 20 september (Europe Erasmus)
1 - 15 september (Nordics Nordplus)
- 09 september (Nordics Nordlys)
1 - 31 mars (World central agreements)
For exchange studies the following fall semester/full year
5 - 31 mars (Europe Erasmus) N.B. Applications to DMJX/ Aarhus + Copenhagen must be handed in March 15 the latest.
5 - 31 mars (Nordics Nordplus)
5 nov - 5 dec (World central agreements)
1 dec - 15 feb (Arctic North to North)
